The Midwest Transaction Price for the trading of Aluminum here in the U.S., the basis for all aluminum coil pricing, is continuing to rise at an alarming rate.  Beginning in July, the price of aluminum has been on a dramatic increase and is rising more sharply beginning in 2018.

Market indicators say this increase will continue.  In addition to the Hurricanes of 2017, the latest factor driving the price is a ruling by the U.S. International Trade Commission ending China’s unfair trading in aluminum, which has gone on far too long.  Just like other building materials (lumber, roofing, drywall, copper wire) that change constantly based on the market, Aluminum Coil prices are constantly changing.  Due to this continued escalation of raw materials, we will have to increase the coil price to keep up with the market trend.

There may be increases to other products, as all our suppliers are raising prices, such as hangers, screws and gutter protection etc.

Our goal has always been to provide the Absolute Best Service along with the Highest Quality Products.  We are always trying to become more efficient to keep prices low for you our loyal customers, unfortunately these increases are too much to absorb.

To ensure consistent service, we reserve the right to limit order quantities to historical monthly averages.
